About Me.
Hello! My name is Tynesha (or you can just call me "T") and it is my privilege to offer comprehensive doula support to families in the Mother Lode and surrounding areas. I am a mother of two, a wife, a nerd, a nature-enthusiast, a forever learner and a plant-lover. One of my biggest joys in life is sharing a genuine connection with others.
My family and I are originally from the rural prairies of Canada and have been basking in the glory of California since 2015.

My Philosophy
-
Each reproductive and birth experience, just like every individual, is whole and unique.
-
I recognize that each person is fully capable of making decisions and choices that are best for them and their body.
-
My role is to support that process through offering evidence-based information, active listening and providing relevant and local resources.
-
Feeling SUPPORTED, INFORMED and HEARD is essential to having the most positive reproductive experience possible.
-
All people, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, family structure, physical ability or economic status deserve the utmost care and respect.
I acknowledge that the land on which I work, play and raise my family is the unceded ancestral lands of the Me-Wuk people.
